I have a two rooms apartment (55m²) and rent out one room, you either choose the bedroom or the sitting room which is 27m². The room is perfect for a student or a single person, not a couple
The apartment is beautiful and newly built(2018). You have the right to use the kitchen, refrigerator and balcony.

The area is non-smoking but you can smoke away from the building perimeter.
