Ljus och öppen 2,5a med balkong och parkeringsplats uthyres

Jag och min sambo ska bo på annan ort i ett år och hyr därför ut vår mysiga lägenhet i Gröndal.

Lägenheten består av ett fräscht kök med spis, diskmaskin, micro, kyl/frys och en liten matplats vid fönstret. Vardagsrummet är stort och rymligt med en balkong i sydväst läge och dubbeldörrar. Sovrummet har en stor garderob och är svalt och skönt med fönstret i norrläge. Dessutom finns ett litet extrarum som kan användas som barnrum, kontor eller helt enkelt förråd. Badrummet är fräscht och delvis renoverat nyss. Där finns badkar, dusch och mycket förvaringsutrymme. Parkeringsplatsen ligger precis utanför innergården ca 30 meter från porten och har elstolpe.

Vi hyr ut lägenheten möblerad men självklart undanplockat och rent. De flesta bilderna är från prospektet men de sista tre ser ni hur den är möblerad nu.

I hyran ingår parkeringsplats, internet, el och vatten.

Gröndal är ett supercharmigt och lugnt område med nära till havet och mysiga promenadområden. Butik, konditori och tvärbanestation ligger enbart 50 meter bort.

För fler butiker och tunnelbana ligger Liljeholmen på ca 8 minuter promenad. Hornstull på Södermalm ligger 15 minuters promenad bort.

Light 2.5 room apartment with a large semi-open floor plan, balcony and parking space for rent

My partner and I are moving away from Stockholm for a year and are therefore renting out our cozy apartment in Gröndal.

The apartment consists of a cozy kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and a small dining area by the window. The living room is bright and spacious with a southward facing balcony. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and is comfortably cool thanks to the window facing north. In addition, there is a smaller extra room that e.g. can be used as a children's room, home-office or simply storage. The bathroom is fresh and was partially renovated recently. It has a bathtub, shower and plenty of storage space. The parking lot included lies just outside the courtyard about 30 meters from the apartment building and has an electric pole which can be used to heat up the engine and interior during the winter months.

We rent out the apartment fully furnished but of course cleared of personal belongings and clean. Most of the pictures are from the prospect, but the last three shows how it is currently furnished.

The rent includes parking, internet, electricity and water.

Gröndal is a super charming and quiet area close to the water and cozy walking paths. A local grocery store, patisserie and tram station are only a stone’s throw away.

For more shops and the metro, Liljeholmen is at about 8 minutes walking distance, and at 15 minutes walking distance you find yourself in Hornstull on Södermalm.
