Do you need an apartment from July until November 1st?

I am a guy from Lund, temporarily living in Emmaboda at the moment. I am going to stay there until November 1st, when the contract with my current employer is due. Until then, I am looking for a new tenant that is going to stay in my furnished Lund apartment.

Here is some info
-Communications Bus from stop Qvantenborgsvägen, about 10-15 minutes from the downtown of Lund.
-Apartment is already furnished. Note it might not be furnished like on the pictures, however. You can make some minor adjustments according to your preferences since I have a lot of inventories to choose from.
-Located in Kobjer area, which is also within walking distance from downtown.
-No animals or smoking allowed inside. I am looking for serious tenants with a decent economy.
-Rent 8150 SEK (including WiFi and electricity).
-Move-in date subject to discussion. I can't wait too long, however. I would most rather have you move in sometime during July.
